Can we trust the A.I that we made ?

The movie explores Humanities unease with all that it cannot control.  Technology we rely and involved in all our affairs going sentient have repercussions beyond wild imagination but is what the movie explores.

The Movie opens up in world where sentient AI tech has nuked los Angeles, killing millions of humans and A.I Robots alike. Humans are divided into two fractions, where U.S has vowed to eliminate all A.I tech from the face of earth the New Asians and their AI robots (simulants) wants to live in harmony with each other like they use to.

the story follows a undercovered U.S agent Joshua whose pregnant New Asian wife Maya was killed by Nomad (humanities trillion dolLor weapon in the sky)  in an mission to kill the elusive resistance leader " Nirmata" who the U.S belives is devloping a weapon that can doom humanities effort against A.I.

Deeply troubled Joshua, who has deep knowledge of New Asia and is an valuable asset for U.S is again called upon on a mission to kill "Nirmata" in the pretext that his wife is very much alive in the New Asian territory.

The mission team infiltrates the New Asian territory with much casuality but joshua finally was able to found the weapon that has the potential to end the war and humanity too, in a Young Simulant Girl Alphie who shows extaordinary power of controling all machines: AI or non AI.

Faced with the situation to kill the innnocent looking child that reminds him of his wife he resorts to take alphie's help to find his wife and go deep into enemy territory.   US army behind who wants to kill Alphie and New Asians trying to save and take her away from Joshua, they travel across forming a bond that surpasses human and A.I.

Joshua finally reaches the place where his wife was believed to be, only to be ambushed by New Asians siumulants and was taken hostage.   The loction was tracked by the U.S and an all out attack was intitated against New asians killing many simulants and humans.  the heavy lose was shown to be unbearable and was mourned like family members by both humans and their simulants.

feeling responsible for so much destruction alphie tries to stop US robots but get injured.It was revealed that nuke attack was caused by human coding error. The simulants takes Alphie and Joshua to her Mother: Maya, who had taken the mantle of NIRMATA after her father died but who herself was shown to be on life support after Nomads last attack. the simulants bound to the code to never harm Nirmata were keeping her on the side of living. Joshua releives her wife from this world to heaven.

both grieveing the loss of Maya was captured by the U.S and was taken to Nomad centered headquarters of the offensive to kill alphie who resisted all human efforts to kill her.   Joshua was tasked to give her a easy death. Joshua shows compliance to the command only to plan an escape and mission to destroy Nomad which he now belives is the real danger to the greater human-simulant harmonious way of life.

While trying to destroy nomad and save Alphie, he finaly has a brief fated meeting with his wife's consciousness and  then sacrifices his life for the greater good. The world rejoices their saviour in the form of Alphie and thus the film concludes.

The film is stunningly gorgeous in its depiction of humanoid robots, human-simulant bond that transcends current understanding. But feels rushed and a longer run time or sequels could have helped it to properly explore the underlying tensions of both the fractions and it could have been a solid 8.5/10 instead of a 7/10 on our review scale.
